RelaxWhile we always want to help you be the life of the party, we also want to help you relax, focus, or if nothing else, at least just chill out.

That’s we we’ve compiled some of our favorite relaxation and meditation music.

Take a listen, and then share your favorites in the comments below.

Via Tunein, you can enjoy Calm Radio, which promises a day without stress.

Meditate with the Dalai Lama on Rdio.

Open your SONOS controller and through Spotify you can listen to gentle thunderstorms or the sounds of the rainforest.

If you prefer a more symphonic style of relaxation, Ralph Vaughan Williams’ complete chronological catalog has been compiled here.

Or check out Relaxing radio on Last.fm for an eclectic mix of everything from classical to electronic.

Employees from SoundReview love Sonos and actually own the play:3 which is great to listen to internet radio as well as your own collection. A while back we reviewed it here: http://soundreview.net/equipment/sonos-play-3-review/

Groove Salad on SomaFm via Tunein. A nicely chilled plate of ambient/downtempo beats and grooves. Perfect. – http://tunein.com/radio/SomaFM-Groove-Salad-s2591/

Am a huge fan of Calm Radio and subscribe to them so I can listen ad-free. Can add in individual stations via the Sonos Add a Radio Station feature but would rather be able to plug in my Calm Radio membership details to Sonos so I can access all their stations together with automatic update of new ones. When will this be possible? I know Calm Radio are keen.

      Hello Cathi,

We have an open Idea for Calm Radio on our community page to have them added as a separate service. Add your voice and suggestions to the discussion here: https://ask.sonos.com/sonos/topics/calm_radio.

      Cheers
