Attention all Slacker fans–and soon to be Slacker fans–now you can listen out loud to Slacker Radio on Sonos in any room of the house. And it doesn’t have to cost you a dime. To get started, create a free account online, and then add the service on any Sonos controller.

Slacker Personal Radio (available in the U.S. and Canada) lets you tune in to over 150 expert-programmed stations, hand-crafted by super knowledgeable DJs, completely for free. Or if you’re more of a DIY kind of music lover, you can create as many of your own custom stations as you want using Slacker’s extensive library of songs and artists as starting points.  The service offers millions of songs, which means unlimited hours of exploring new music and reconnecting with old favorites. You can even read all about your favorite artists with Slacker’s killer catalog of bios.

Update (12/2/11): To celebrate Slacker’s partnership with Sonos, you can enter to win a house full of Sonos including 2 PLAY:5s, 3 PLAY:3s and a BRIDGE. All you have to do is go to Slacker’s Facebook page to learn more.

Hi Todd,

If you aren’t seeing the Premium features of Slacker show up in Sonos, we’d recommend checking to make sure that your account is still actively flagged as Premium on Slacker’s website under Account Information > Subscription Information.

If you’re seeing any error messages when using Slacker, our Customer Care team would be happy to take a look with you and help solve the problem. You can give us a call or send us an email using the information provided here:
