Any word if XM Canada will be added to the fold?

    • Sonos

      Not at this time.

Buuuut the press release says “XM Canada subscribers will have access to XM Radio streaming on Sonos later this year.”

        • Sonos

Hi Simon — We don’t announce timelines, but rest assured we will continually work with SiriusXM to bring the level of service they would like to make available to Sonos. :)

Well I went ahead and subscribed to XM online assuming it would work with my Sonos system!! Guess I will be cancelling!

          • Sonos

Sirius and XM are still separate services in Canada. Sirius is available on Sonos in Canada, XM is not.

XM canada needs to be added to SONOS. SiriusXM radio is the same company… how could it be that hard to add? Will it be added in the future? I just spend 40 minutes on phone with Xm radio and Sirius trying to figure this out so pretty frustrated right now!

    • Sonos

Sorry to hear about the frustration. Unfortunately, Sirius and XM are separate services in Canada.

When ill SONOS be partnering with XM to work. Its the same company is it not?  but obviously separate services… It sounds easier then it probably is but why is it taking so long

        • Sonos

We have nothing to announce at this time.

It’s November 15th. The Sonos/Sirius press release says XM will be available with Sonos “later this year”. It’s getting PRETTY LATE IN THE YEAR. What’s the story here?

Repeat of the year old question: When will xm be available on Sonos in Canada?????
